Buff Whiteley is one of a few Vodder trained lymphatic drainage therapists in Singapore. She has completed advanced training with certification in the “Dr Vodder” method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Combined Decongestive Therapy (CDT), offered by the internationally recognised Dr. Vodder School.

She is a Registered Nurse (UK) who specialised in Intensive Care Nursing. She has a fitness qualification specialising in Aqua therapy and has worked with an NGO in Cambodia since 2006 advising on health care within rural communities.

Prior to moving to Singapore in 2005, Buff had lived and worked with her family in both the UK and Brazil.

Discovering Lymphatic drainage has opened a fascinating new area for Buff, she has been absolutely delighted by MLD’s intensely relaxing effect on her clients which masks the strength of the treatment itself.

Buff is a member of the British Lymphology Society and Australasian Lymphology Association.
